Delivery and Payment Terms – S:t George

General

To shop with S:t George, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and that the order is placed in your own name.

We reserve the right for possible typing errors, updates, and color deviations between inspirational images and actual products.

Payment Terms

We offer two payment options:

  • Card payment: The full amount is charged immediately upon ordering.
  • Invoice: 25 % deposit upon ordering, the remaining 75 % when the order is ready for shipment.

By completing the payment, you accept our purchase terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order until production has started. In case of cancellation, paid amounts are refunded minus an administrative fee of 5 % of the order value. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible as the products are custom made for you.

Delivery Times

  • Samples and stocked accessories: 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-measure products: normally about 4–6 weeks from received payment/deposit. The current estimated delivery time is stated on the website.

Delivery times may be affected by season, order type, and production load (e.g. summer/Christmas or holidays). The exact delivery date is confirmed by the carrier once the order is ready.

Delivery and Transport

  • Delivery is made to the property boundary, gate, or nearest possible location. Carrying in is not included.
  • The address must be accessible for a truck. Extra fees may apply for difficult-to-reach addresses (e.g. islands).
  • The delivery must be signed by you or a representative in accordance with the carrier’s instructions.

Tip: Do not book installers until you have received and checked the goods. S:t George does not compensate for idle installation costs due to delays.

Upon Receiving the Delivery

  • Always check the packaging and goods upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be immediately noted on the delivery note before signing.
  • Document the damage with clear photos (with and without packaging) and send to support@sankt-george.com within 7 days.
  • Goods are delivered on wooden pallets (up to approx. 3 m). The customer is responsible for pallet disposal.

Please note that assembled products cannot be claimed.

Complaints

Complaints must be made without delay and always before installation. Send name, order number, description of the defect, and photos to support@sankt-george.com.

Defective products are primarily repaired or replaced. Only the defective product is compensated – not consequential costs such as installation time or downtime.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Stocked products (e.g. color samples): 14 days right of withdrawal in unopened packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Made-to-measure products: no right of withdrawal as the products are custom made for you.

Returns may not be made without approval from S:t George.

Liability

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information in the order (quantity, measurements, color choices, etc.) is correct and for following our assembly, care, and maintenance instructions. S:t George is not responsible for indirect costs such as lost income, extra installation hours, or equipment rental.

Force Majeure

We are exempt from liability in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, machine failure, or other unforeseen events.

Dispute

Disputes are primarily resolved through dialogue with us. If the dispute remains, Swedish law applies with Gothenburg District Court as the forum.
