Creating your dream kitchen or wardrobe is about more than colour and form. Our guides walk you through every step – from measuring and planning to installation and choosing the right model. Here we share workshop knowledge, practical tips, and insights that make the process smoother and the result even better. Learn how to measure correctly, how to achieve a built-in look with filler strips, or how to easily replace your old doors with new ones. Whether you’re building something new or updating what you already have, our guides are designed to give you confidence, inspiration, and precision every step of the way.
We create doors for those who want more than standard solutions.
Choose the exact style, colour, and feeling you want, and we build it with precision, in the highest quality, delivered ready to install.
Crafted with care, with a finish that stands up to both time and attention. From kitchen to wardrobe.
That’s how you create a home where every detail feels genuinely considered.
A home doesn’t begin with cabinets and fronts. It begins with the feeling you want to come home to.
That’s why many choose to combine IKEA’s smart and affordable cabinet systems, for both kitchens and wardrobes,
with made-to-measure doors, fronts, and details from Sankt George.
The result is a built-in look, without the price tag that usually comes with bespoke joinery.
Choose one of our models: flat, integrated grip, or one of our framed doors, and shape the expression entirely to your style.
Soft limestone beige, linen grey paint, light oak or dark oak in real veneer? Or a fully custom colour from the NCS scale?
You decide, we manufacture with a level of finish and precision you can see in every detail.
With filler strips, scribe pieces, and made-to-measure cover panels, both kitchens and wardrobes can be built wall to wall,
floor to ceiling, adapted to the room rather than the other way around.
That’s how a standard system becomes a complete look that feels personal and unique.
Which cabinet system do you have?
IKEA Metod is a smart foundation to build on, but it’s the fronts that define the feeling when you step into the room.
Do you already have a Metod kitchen and want to replace doors and drawer fronts? Then you can keep the cabinets, hinges, and drawer systems and still get a kitchen that feels completely new.
Are you planning a new Metod kitchen but want a different expression than IKEA offers? Then you choose IKEA’s function, planning, and accessories and let us create what you want on the outside.
With Sankt George you choose the model, any NCS colour or oak veneer, and complete the look with cover panels, scribe pieces, plinths, and filler strips so the whole kitchen feels built in, considered, and personal.
Either the kitchen is already in place and you want to update the expression without tearing everything out, or you’re planning a new kitchen and want the right feeling from day one. In both cases, Metod works as a solid base, while our fronts and details create the character. It’s a simple idea, but the effect is big when everything is in place.
Flat, integrated grip, or frame. You choose the lines and proportions and we build them with precision. You notice the difference in daylight, when you run your hand along an edge, and when doors meet with exact alignment. It’s the kind of quality that makes the kitchen feel just as beautiful in five years as it does in the first week.
Choose any NCS colour without letting colour limit you. If you want a warmer, more natural feel, choose oak veneer, with grain and depth that changes with the light. You set the style, we make sure the finish holds up to everyday life.
It’s often the gaps that reveal a standard kitchen. With filler strips, scribe pieces, and made-to-measure cover panels, you create a complete look that follows the room, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. The result feels calmer, more exclusive, and more you.
Start with the feeling you want. Choose a model, any NCS colour or oak veneer and think about the whole look: do you want a clean, modern expression or a softer, more classic feel? This is where the kitchen gets its identity.
Select what you need under Shop, or send your drawing, measurements, and photos via the quote form and we’ll get back to you with a free quote and a complete proposal.
Once everything is decided, we manufacture every part with millimetre precision. Doors, drawer fronts, cover panels, scribe pieces, and trims are built as one, with a finish that looks just as good up close as it does from a distance.
We deliver to your home, ready to install. You fit them the same way as standard fronts, and keep IKEA’s smart function. The result is a kitchen that feels built in, and easy to live with.
Do you have an IKEA Faktum kitchen from around 2000 to 2013? Then you often have a kitchen built to last.
The series is no longer produced by IKEA, but the cabinets, drawers, and hinges are surprisingly durable, which makes Faktum perfect for an upgrade instead of a full renovation.
With Sankt George you can order doors, drawer fronts, cover panels, and plinths in Faktum’s standard sizes, in any NCS colour or oak veneer, so you get a modern feel without replacing everything.
If your Faktum kitchen is older than around 2000, or you have another version with different measurements, we can still make made-to-measure doors to your dimensions, but in those cases drawer fronts are usually delivered without pre-drilling for IKEA’s drawer system.
Many Faktum kitchens still work perfectly in everyday life. What often feels dated is the fronts. By replacing doors and drawer fronts, you can change the entire character of the kitchen without tearing out what already works.
For Faktum kitchens within the standard period, we manufacture parts designed for a smooth upgrade. You can choose between our models and create a completely new expression with the same cabinets as your foundation.
If your kitchen is older, if it’s a special Faktum build, or if you’re unsure what you have, we can manufacture made-to-measure parts. In these cases, drawer fronts may be delivered without pre-drilling for IKEA’s drawer system, as the hole pattern can differ. Feel free to send photos and measurements and we’ll guide you the right way.
Want to avoid guessing? Send measurements, photos, or a drawing via the quote form and we’ll get back to you with a free quote and a complete proposal. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can select parts directly under Shop.
Choose the model and finish that обновляет the entire feeling of the kitchen. Any NCS colour or oak veneer, and add cover panels or plinths if you want the whole kitchen to feel brand new, not just “new doors”.
You can shop Faktum parts directly under Shop if you know what you need. If you’re unsure or have an older kitchen, send measurements, photos, and ideally a simple drawing via the quote form, and we’ll get back to you with a free quote and help you confirm the correct parts.
We manufacture your fronts to the correct measurements, with a finish built for everyday use. For Faktum 2000 to 2013 we follow the standard sizes, and for older or non-standard kitchens we manufacture to your measurements.
We deliver to your home. You replace the fronts and get a completely new feel with the same cabinets. For non-standard or older kitchens, drawer fronts may be delivered without pre-drilling for IKEA’s drawer system, but we guide you so everything is correct.
The wardrobe is often the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you close at night. Yet it’s almost always the doors that end up “standard”.
With IKEA PAX you get a well-planned cabinet frame and smart interior fittings, but with made-to-measure wardrobe doors from Sankt George you can give the entire wall a completely different presence.
Choose a model, any NCS colour or oak veneer, and complete with cover panels, scribe pieces, and trims so the wardrobe feels integrated into the room, not placed in it.
The result is a built-in feel that holds up in everyday life, whether it’s a hallway, a bedroom, or a full dressing room.
When the door lines, colour, and material match the rest of the home, the “wardrobe feel” disappears. Instead you get one complete surface that feels architectural and considered. Same frame, completely different expression.
Flat and timeless, frame for more character, or integrated grip for a modern look without handles. Choose any NCS colour to match walls and trim, or choose oak veneer if you want warmth and natural depth.
With cover panels, scribe pieces, and trim you build the solution in so it meets walls and ceilings neatly. That makes the whole look feel built in, even when it’s based on a standard system.
Want help getting the whole look right? Send measurements and ideally photos via the quote form and we’ll get back to you with a free quote. If you prefer to do it yourself, you can select parts directly under Shop.
Choose a model and finish that makes the wardrobe blend into the room. Any NCS colour for a calm wall surface, or oak veneer for a warmer, more furniture-like feel. This is where you decide whether the wardrobe should stand out or feel “built in”.
Select doors and complementary parts under Shop, or send measurements, your layout, and ideally a photo of the room via the quote form. We’ll get back to you with a free quote and help you get the right cover panels, scribe pieces, and trims for the whole look.
We manufacture doors and complementary parts with millimetre precision so lines stay straight and joints look clean. This is where the wardrobe goes from “PAX” to a built-in feel.
We deliver to your home, ready to install. When the doors are in place and the details are in place, you get a wardrobe that feels integrated into the room, and that you’ll enjoy every time you open it.
Not every home starts from standard measurements. Sometimes you have a kitchen from another manufacturer, a built-in solution, or cabinets someone built on site.
And sometimes you simply want to do it properly from the beginning: let the room decide the measurements and let the expression guide the materials and finish.
With Sankt George you can order made-to-measure doors and fronts to your own measurements, regardless of brand.
You choose model and finish the same way as in an IKEA flow, but without being locked to standard sizes.
You enter width, height, and hinge placement so every part is manufactured to fit your cabinets exactly.
In our webshop under Shop → Made-to-measure, you choose a model and any colour, just like in a standard system. The difference is that you decide the measurements, so you can upgrade an existing kitchen, rebuild a built-in solution or create a wardrobe that truly follows the room.
You fill in width, height, and hinge placement, and we manufacture each part to fit your cabinets millimetre by millimetre. That gives you the same calm lines and premium feel as a built-in project, with a clear process and finished parts.
To make sure everything is correct, you’ll find detailed instructions under Guides → Measuring, where we show how to measure, place hinges, and plan your parts. If you’re unsure about any measurement, that’s completely normal, especially in older kitchens and built-in solutions. Send your details via the quote form and we’ll review everything and get back to you with a free quote and a complete proposal.
Choose the model that matches your style, and choose any NCS colour or oak veneer. When you start with the expression, the rest of the decisions become easier: which fronts are most visible, where do you want calm, and where do you want character?
You can order made-to-measure directly under Shop → Made-to-measure, or send measurements, photos, and ideally a simple sketch via the quote form. We’ll get back to you with a free quote and help you confirm hinges, fitting, and which parts are needed.
We manufacture every part to your measurements. That means even built-in or older solutions can get the same clean lines and finish as a brand new project, without compromises on fit.
We deliver to your home. Once the parts are installed, you get a complete look that follows the room, with an expression that feels considered and personal. And if anything feels unclear along the way, we’ll help you.
IKEA Faktum kitchens have been a part of Scandinavian homes for over two decades. Even though the system was discontinued in 2013, thousands of sturdy cabinets are still in use — and replacing the doors is the easiest way to give your kitchen a completely new look. Our made-to-measure doors are built to fit the original IKEA Faktum dimensions, ensuring perfect hinge alignment, hole placement, and fit. Choose between smooth, framed, shaker or integrated-handle models, and create a kitchen that feels new, personal, and truly your own. A new kitchen — built on the foundation you already have.
Whether you already have an IKEA Metod kitchen, or you’re building a brand-new kitchen with IKEA as the base, the choices you make are what define the overall feel. The cabinets provide function and precision, but it’s the doors that create the expression. With kitchen doors for IKEA Metod from Sankt George, you turn standard into something personal and thoughtfully designed. Many of our customers build entirely new kitchens with IKEA Metod and choose our fronts to achieve a more built-in, architectural look. Others want to replace the kitchen doors in their IKEA Metod kitchen and give it a new life—without tearing out the entire kitchen. We manufacture custom-made kitchen doors for IKEA cabinets with perfect fit and a high-end finish. Choose any shade from the full NCS color range—from soft greens and warm greys to deeper, more dramatic tones—or let the material speak with fronts in light or dark oak. Combine smooth doors with glass and vitrines to add variation and depth. You keep IKEA’s functionality, while creating a kitchen that feels entirely your own.
You start with IKEA Metod because it’s smart, flexible, and easy to plan. Then you make it yours. With custom-made kitchen doors, drawer fronts and details from Sankt George, you create a kitchen where the lines align, the finishes are clean, and the whole space feels effortless.
We help you build for the room: modify cabinets when needed, tailor doors to size, and create solutions for niches, high ceilings and tricky corners. This is exactly where a new IKEA Metod kitchen goes from standard to wow.
Choose any NCS color without second-guessing every shade. Color should feel creative—not limiting. Do you want tone-on-tone, contrast, or a kitchen island that stands out?
Paint some parts, choose oak veneer on others, or mix multiple colors to create zones in the kitchen. It’s an easy way to build a more dynamic whole, while Metod provides the smart structure underneath.
Start with the feeling you want. Choose a model, any NCS color or oak veneer, and think about the whole: do you want a crisp, modern look or a softer, more classic feel? This is where your kitchen gets its identity.
Add your parts under Shop, or send a drawing, measurements and photos via our quote form and we’ll get back to you with a free quote and a complete proposal.
Once everything is decided, we manufacture each part with millimetre precision. Doors, drawer fronts, cover panels, fillers and trims are built as one cohesive set—with a finish that looks as good up close as it does from across the room.
We deliver to your home, ready to install. You fit them just like standard fronts and keep IKEA’s smart functionality. The result is a kitchen that feels built-in—yet easy to live with.
Plan your kitchen in the way that suits you best. For many, the journey starts with IKEA, where function, dimensions and cabinets fall into place. It’s a safe, well-developed foundation.
You can use the IKEA Kitchen Planner at home at your own pace, or book a personal planning session in-store and get help drawing up your new kitchen with an advisor. When the planning is done and the drawing feels right, the next step is simple.
Send your plan to us. We review it carefully and help you match it with the right kitchen doors, fronts and custom-made details from Sankt George. Together, we turn standard cabinets into a kitchen with a built-in feel, well-balanced proportions, and an expression that’s entirely yours.
We build IKEA Metod kitchens with spacer trims between and above the cabinets to create a more built-in look inspired by shaker style. The trims give the kitchen clearer proportions, calmer lines and an architectural whole that’s often missing in standard solutions. All our models work with this type of build, and both lacquered doors and wood veneer doors can be combined freely. The result is an IKEA Metod kitchen that feels thoughtful, timeless and personal—at a far more accessible price than bespoke joinery.
